Thank you so much for choosing me to be your next Nail Artist!  I am just as excited as you to get started, but first, please read and fully understand my policies below :-)

*******IF YOU ALREADY HAVE ACRYLIC ON YOUR NAILS PLEASE READ ********

If I have never done your nails, I would prefer that you remove your current acrylic.  If removal prior to your appointment is not an option please choose "Acrylic Foreign Fill" as your service. Please understand I need to access the current state of your nails, for your safety and mine.  Please respect my wishes and have your nails safety soaked off by your former nail salon, or remove them yourself with 100% pure acetone in a glass or metal bowl.  I also, for safety reasons, do not remove other salons acrylic.   

If you are a new client, you will be required to fill out a profile with your FIRST and LAST name, EMAIL ADDRESS and CELL NUMBER. (That’s the only info I need, you can leave the rest blank). THIS INFORMATION IS IMPORTANT SO THAT I CAN CONTACT YOU.  If you don’t fill it out, our appointment will be denied until i can contact you.

I don’t recommend signing in with FACE BOOK, unless all of your information is correct!  If you are a new client, and you don’t fill out this information in its entirety, your appointment will be denied.  I can’t express how important it is for you to fill out this information correctly.  Your appointment reminders, receipts and confirmation emails/texts are sent this way. If i have to change or cancel your appointment, you will be notified through the information you provide. PLEASE BE SURE IT’S ACCURATE.

ADD ON SERVICES AND CUSTOM NAIL DESIGNS 

Should you desire any add-on services, PLEASE type what you want/need in the NOTES area of your appointment request.  Also please BOOK the add on service so the appropriate time can be allotted for your appointment.  

Custom Nail designs must be approved and discussed with me PRIOR to appointments being approved in Vagaro.

 

DEPOSIT/GIFT CARD of $30 will be charged to your credit/debit card.  If there is a conflict with your requested appointment, your appointment will be denied and I will reply with a reason within 24 hours via email or text.  Your card will NOT be charged. Should your card be declined, you will receive a notice via text/email and you will need to rebook.

Your DEPOSIT/GIFT CARD goes towards your service and the balance is due once your service is complete.  I accept CASH and Credit/debit cards. 

 

MY SPACE IS SMALL

Please limit your guests, as I only have space for one client and they will have to wait in the waiting area.

PLEASE BE ON TIME

I utilize every minute of your appointment time to ensure that your nails are PERFECT!!  If you are late, you may not be able to get exactly what you wanted on your nails.  If it’s your first time coming, please make yourself familiar with the area well before your appointment time.  After you are 15 minutes late, you will need to RESCHEDULE and your deposit will be lost.  A LATE FEE of $15 will be added to your next appointment request, ALONG with an additional $30 deposit.  If your going to be late, PLEASE LET ME KNOW AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE!!  I may be able to move other clients around to accommodate you so you won’t be charged.  If you don’t communicate with me early enough you will be charged.

 

YOU CAN CANCEL/RESCHEDULE WITHIN 48 HOURS

Your appointments are very important to me, and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. Although deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, if you cancel within 48 hours, you may reschedule without incurring any additional fees.  Less than 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit.  

 

NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount, minus the deposit. The cancellation policy allows me time to inform my standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping my schedule filled, thus better serving everyone.  Please book carefully.
